VISA FORMALITIES
1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
(a) Passport, which must be valid at least
six months, with one full page for the visa
(b) Visa application form
(c) 1 recent passport-size photograph
(d) Attestation of Return ticket or photocopy
of the Travel Agency's receipt
(e) Company letter if going on a business
trip
Visa fees:
1. Single Journey - 40 Euros.
2. Double Journey - 80 Euros.
3. Multiple Journey - 80 Euros.
4. Transit Entry - 20 Euros (at point of
entry to Kenya)
The visa fee is payable in cash. Visas
are valid for three months from the date
of issue. Direct visa applications will
be processed as below:
Single: On application and not exceeding
48 hours.
Group: On application but not exceeding
4 days.
Opening Hours for visa:
10H00 to 12H00
15H00 to 16H00
2. MAIL APPLICATIONS
Same documents as in paragraph 1.
The visa fee is payable by money order.
Please note that cheques are not accepted.
Applicants should enclose a self-addressed
envelope, stamped with pre-paid adequate
postage for registered mail. "Distingo"
envelopes are not accepted.
Visa applications will be processed
within 5 days.
VISA FEES WILL
NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
